20/20 doesnt show a players skill as much as a test match or an odi. 20/20 is just supposed to be fun and exciting for both the audience and the players. the 20/20 cup was fun to watch and it did give the teams momentum for otherv series. Pakistan and India have lots of momentum right now even though they both lost the series. basically 20/20 doesnt match up with normal cricket

20/20 is a whole different game than normal cricket. it could only be won by team work, fast decisions and pure luck unlike real cricket where the skills of only 1 person rather then the teams are tested.
20/20 is gonna grow popularity being fast paced and short.
20/20 world cup (right now) has smaller significance than the normal world cup
but in the coming years... 20/20 is going to dominate

No never, 20/20 championship was a fund raiser and the game between the fast and the furious. 20/20 is better than ODI world championship.

Normal??
what do you call Normal here?
in 1980s, there were 60 over matches, and they came up with 50 over matches.
it is different in a way that you get results quick and should begin with extreme powered attitude to achieve high scores on the ground. Adjusting balls and pitch won't matter in 20/20.

20/20 is a concept to popularize the game in non playing countries, so the difference is clear.

Yes I agree.
In percentage of importance of these two comps, I would give ODI = 80% and 20/20 = 20%
