Not really sure it would be concidered a record, but he will go down in history as being banned from the hall of fame for betting on baseball...who hasn't bet on a game or two along the way. It is not like he bet on a game he was in, the "blacksox" beat him to that!

petes record achievement in baseball is that he holds the record for most times betting illegally on baseball... his own team to win/lose and others... pete is a bum.

Most Outs, with 10328.
Aaron is second with 9136, and Yaz is right behind at #3 with 9126. Rose beats them by roughly 1200 outs, which is equivalent to going zero-for-two-seasons. But man, it was SOOOO worth it to his teams to eat those outs so he could get the piddling 67 hits more than Cobb had.
Cobb, BTW, currently ranks 17th with 7718 outs.
Rose totally roolz this category, doodz.
