I have been reading the answers and some of them are wrong. If you are a minor your mom does have access to your medical records unless you are pregnant in which case you become emancipated from this rule. Also there is no way for the doctor to know that you masturbate unless you tell her which is not necessary. Also if you are sexually active you do need a pap and the Gardasil is a great idea-especially if you are sexually active at 13. If you are not sexually active, you should not need a pap just the vaccine. Good Luck!

There is no possible way for anyway to know you masterbate unless you tell them. Your mom cannot find out because it is illegal for her or anyone else to go through your medical files unless they are your doc. The gardisol is a good idea but I'm not sure you need a pap smear. They are typically done when you are sexually active or over the age of 18. Hope this helps

So long as you only masturbate there is no way of anyone telling you have done it. Unless you have been using toys or something that you have been putting inside of yourself, then she will think you are sexually active.
Your mom works there, well, unless your mom is not like most moms she will most likely look at your file if she suspects that you are sexually active.
As for the person doing the exam, I don't think you need to worry, her job is at risk if she says anything to your mom and then your mom confronts you, but that is even a tough situation because you are a minor and it is possible that they can tell your mom and it may be legal.
If you need to tell your mom something now would be the time because she is bound to find out....but if you are only touching yourself, don't worry about it. Your mom is a woman and she has to remember when she was your age and discovered she could pleasure herself.

She will not be able to tell you masturbate unless it was rough enough to cause abrasions on your body.
Do you mean Gardasil? The vaccine that we know NOTHING about regarding its long term side affects? Which MAY NOT protect against what it said it will protect? Which does not prevent ALL forms of cervical cancer? I'd talk to your mom about waiting and getting the shot until more studies have been done.
BTW I had my pelvic exam at age 11 when I first started having periods.

first you are 13. You don't need a pap. Even if they do look they can not tell that you have masterbated.

she may "know" but it is unethical for her to tell your mom. it violates patient doctor confidentiality if she tells your mother.
