well, the area of the football field, in yards, would be 5333 1/3yards. then, there are 3 feet in a yard, 12 inches in a foot. Therefore, there are 36 inches in a yard. So 5333 1/3X12 would be 64000. The area of a football field in square inches is 64000in. The $100 bill has nothing to do with the problem.

I think this is right...
I got 6912000 square inches.
1 yd = 36 inches. I converted the yards into inches.
53 1/3 y= 1920 inches
100 y= 3600 inches
And the area of a rectangle = Area= Base x Height
so...
3600 x 1920= 6912000
Hope this helps. :)

a yard is 36 square inches, so a football field is
(100yards * 36 inches/yard) * (53 1/3yards * 36 inches/yard)
3600 inches * 1920 inches = 6,912,000 square inches
