i'd say a braggadocious guy because he thinks he has something to prove and will more likely react to a situation with emotions rather than brains. then he'll end up doing something he didn't mean to do and hurt someone or even kill them. a quiet guy will think things thru and might just give up on the revenge all together.

That's not really enough information to know who is more dangerous. Neither one sounds dangerous. Does either one of them have a history of making threats? or have they exhibited unusual or anti- social behavior? You really can't predict a dangerous act from the quick description you gave.

well it could go either way litteraly but i think that the loud one would kick off more but not have such a ferocious outcome. I say its the guy that backs thing up over time is the one that when he kicks of its big style and therefore more dangerous.
