My favorite project I have today that I did in kindergarten is a blue piece of construction paper that the teacher put about a quarter sized drop of tempra paint in the middle and gave us all a straw. Then we blew on the paint with the straw (skinny straws work best) and made "art" out of our blowing. Mine actually turned out looking like a blizzard and I have it in a frame next to my kindergarted graduation picture. LOL. Honest.

They take construction paper and cut it into strips and make rings and glue them together. To create decorative chains.
They put a leaf between two pieces of paper and take a crayon and using it sideways rub over the leaf. Leaving an image of the leaf. Glue construction paper to a can and glue macaroni to the surrounding paper. To make a pencil holder. Sometimes they use the macaroni to form letters and spell words. Use small macaroni of course. Usually bead size.
