HE WAS ON A 30DAY SUSPENSION DUE TO DRUG SUSPENSION- HE IS NOW ALLOWED BACK BUT HE AND HIS ATTORNIES ARE FIGHTING THE SUSPENSION AND SAYING HE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN SUSPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE
