What do you think social security is?
Your social security taxes are not yours...social security is a pay as you go system...people who work give money to retired people....i.e. the next generation is paying for the retirement of the current generation.

How about a more efficient government thus eliminating the need for higher taxes to balance the budget? Basically, spend what we are collecting in taxes in a more intelligent and efficient way and realize that throwing money at a problem rarely solves the problem.

Cut the waste and we have a balance budgets and lower taxes.
Why to the government advertise on TV for welfare and food stamp give aways.
Why do they spend million on the mating habits of butterflies?
Fire the lazy, sorry government worker and hire the one that can do their jobs well.

lower taxes generate more revenue. read up kiddo, Reagan doubled revenues in his 8 yrs as prez. bush's revenues are much higher than expected. i see economics isn't your strong subject
