She almost attacks me then gets all worried afterward. It has been almost 3 months of this and it happens over and over. Sometimes I feel a bit offended I mean she will not stop pestering me then I hear about it for 3- 4 days and then she starts up again....I've suggested birth control but she is over 35 and smokes. I can not use condoms for 2 reasons one is I'm allergic to latex and the other I can not explain here. She refuses to use any insertion type of B/C (because she practices partial Catholicism). I need some real advice! I love her and ditching her is not an option.

I hate to tell you this, but at HER age- what you SEE, is probably what you're stuck with. So, unless you're willing to have a Vasectomy (which in HER mind- could guarantee NOTHING)- your choice is to "take it- or leave her..." It's up to You...

Pregnancy hormones are great, aren't they? LOL. Seriously... Just tell her that you have plenty of time to worry about that. Reassure her that you'll be there together to deal with that when the kid is old enough. My husband has been freaking out, too, since we found out we're having a girl, and I looked up statistics of teenage pregnancy to reassure him- like did you know that a teen girl has a much higher chance of becoming pregnant if her dad isn't around?

HMMM...she isn't on BC and you can't use condoms and you wonder why she is paranoid about getting pregnant? At this rate, eventually, she is going to get pregnant. My advice is to either get her to quit smoking and get on the pill or stop having sex...you're both playing with fire and YOU WILL GET BURNED....

and the only reason I didn't suggest condoms is because I do understand that some men have a reaction to condoms ( my husband being one of them)...

I'm allergic to latex as well, we use Avanti non-latex condoms. I don't know what your other reason is. If your girlfriend is really paranoid about getting pregnant, you need to tell her to go to the doctor and find out what kind of contraceptives she can use safely.

A Catholic, that has premarital sex and smokes...but won't use birth control? Interesting.

It sounds like a cop out to me. If you don't want to hear the whining ...tell her to grow up. She's behaving like a teenager for crying out loud.

If she's isn't mature enough to take control of herself and do something to prevent a pregnacy...then she should abstain...

Especially if she's using her "religion" as an excuse to be irresponsible .....you can't be selectively catholic and only follow the rules that you like. That's hypocritical and dumb.

Good luck with that.

Have you tried the rhythm method? That is very popular with Catholics for the reason you mentioned. Are you sure she is paranoid and not secretly hoping to get pregnant? If she really didn't want to get pregnant, then she would make sure she doesn't.

tell her she should not practice the part of catholisism that says no B/C. If she can ignore the part about pre marital sex, whats the problem with B/C. Sound like she wants to get Preg.

The patch worked for me and it was easy. Tell her to do some research on it and see what she thinks about Ortho Evra. Whatever you do, do not try the Depo Provera shot. It messed your cycle WAY up!

Well it sounds like you have two options...
1) Stop having sex
2) Go get yourself snipped
