Ex-WWE wrestlers that are STILL in their prime like Christian Cage, or Kurt Angle. For instance, if Edge were to join he wouldn't be "washed up", because he's young and still in his prime...
"Washed Up" as you people say it are guys like The Stieners, or Team 3-D...These guys made it huge in the WWE, and were talented, but they are DONE and stale. No more. Thank you very much, but get out please. So if Brock Lesnar, or Goldberg joined, then that would bring the company downhill.
So it's okay for TNA to hire SOME ex-WWE guys, who are still in their prime and exciting(Edge, Rey, etc...). But when the entire roster consists of stale guys like the Stieners, or Team 3-D then that's where there is a problem. And now they are kinda heading in that direction...Any thoughts?

They are building and they have just pushed Eric Young!! Give them time to push others!!! What TNA is doing is pushing there older stars for popularity!!! But they have to to get ratings!!! But as soon as possible more young stars will get a push!!!

I wouldn't think WWE would have a legal right to do that, if TNA doesn't want the footage on Youtube that would make sense, but WWE being able to request that the footage be pulled just because of ex WWE superstars like Christian appeared in the PPVs and are now under contract with WWE again doesn't seem right. TNA could definitely look into this and bring a stop to it if they chose too, at the very least they could fight back and get footage of Current TNA stars like Kurt Angle and Booker T and others to stop being played during WWE videos.

I don't think Angle is still in his prime. He still can be of use to TNA, but I don't think he is the same as he was a couple years ago.
I would add Rikishi "Junior Fatu" and Golddust "Black Reign" to your washed up list. I don't know why TNA signed those two.
