I posted a question earlier asking if you could go back and relive one good moment in your life, what would it be? About half of the answers were about wanting to go back and change a bad part of their life, not reliving a good part...

Bad things have more of a lasting impact than good things. Everyone wants to feel good all the time so if they think they could go back in time and change something that made them sad, they would choose to do it.

people sometimes feel guilty about past things they've done and they really want to go back and change them... and it haunts them everyday so that's what they are focused on all the time...making it better
