This question is common but i just need some truthful answers. Right now i am taking Loestrin 24 fe. I now know that birth control doesn't make you gain weight it just increases your appetiete so you eat more. I've put on 10lbs since i started taking the pill. Should i try switching to a different kind? Any suggestions of a different type of Birth Control?

Actually some birth control makes you gain weight and its not just increased appetite.
However, you could talk with your doctor about changing the type of birth control you are on to see if the weight gain stops.

It depends on the person how it will affect you. I'm on Depo and it's wonderfull, I have gained a few pounds but no big deal. Ask your doc, try Yaz, I've heard good things about it.
