I'm making one right now, I've never made one before so i hope it comes out ok. I saw 2 different recipes & one said to use 2 eggs & the other said to use 3. I only used 2. Just have to wait & see. It'll be done in about an hour. I can make a really good apple pie though with crumb topping.

I should e-mail you my mom's pumpkin pie recipe it is to DIE for, ohhh its soooo good. it has walnuts on top though, so its a little different. But heavenly with whip cream on top. I love pumpkin pie to answer your question, and I hope yours turns out really good. Good luck!
