I'll just give you an idea on how to do it. You do the rest.

If you have 3/4 divided by 2/5
1) flip the second number up side down so you get 5/2
2) change the operation to multiplied by
3) you now have 3/4 multiplied by 5/2
4) you do the top half: 3 times 5 = 15
5) you do the bottom half: 4 times 2 = 8
6) now put them together 15/8
7) simplify if you can.... this time, you can't

If you ended up with an answer such as 8/12, then you can simplify. Divide both side by 4 and get 2/3.

Reciprocal just means 1 divided by the number given you.
If you have 2/5, the reciprocal is 1/(2/5) which is 5/2. Notice it just flips upside down.

If you have 1, 1/1 is ONE, so reciprocal of one is still one.

Those are actually rather easy once you get the hang of it. See what you do is flip the second fraction (technically, you're finding the reciprocal, but I'll get to that later) and multiply the resulting fraction by the first fraction. Confused? Well, after that explanation, I would be too. Here's an example:

1/2 divided by 4/5:
1/2 * 5/4:
(1 * 5) / (2 * 4)
5/ (2 * 4)
5/8

The answer is 5/8. Do you get it? Also, the reciprocal is basically a flipped fraction. The bottom (denominator) becomes the top (numerator) and vice versa. And, by the way all whole numbers equal themselves over 1:

Ex. 5/7 = 7/5
Ex. 1/4 = 4/1 (or 4)
Ex. 5 = 5/1
Ex. 1 = 1/1

Hope I helped (and good luck)!

I'll help with the first one, hopefully you'll get the rest on your own.

3/4 divided by 2/5 is the same as saying 3/4 times 5/2. (just flip the second fraction upside down and mulitply instead of divide)

3/4 times 5/2 is 15/8 (3x5 is 15, and 4x2 is 8)

so, 3/4 divided by 2/5 = 15/8

hope that helps

i would, but it's easier to tell you how it's done
to divide fractions, flip the second one and multiply
reciprocals are just flipped fractions
