You sound depressed and I don't think you can overcome it just by will. It may be worth talking with someone.

Well, your problem could be any number of things.

One of which is that you could actually have depression, and this isn't something you can take of on your own. I know you don't want to hear it, but if this is the case, you should probably see a therapist, school counselor or someone that can help.

Another option could be because of the weather. When it starts to get cold and the days shorter some people become depressed. This is called seasonal depression, some people can live with it, and (again, I'm sorry) some people need medication to get through it.

One last option I can thnk of (where you may not need to seek help) is that there could be something in your unconscious that is making you sad. Do you remember any of your dreams? Do they seem sad? Try to keep a dream diary and see if there is anything that sticks out, or occurs more often than other things. Something else you can try (but will need a lot of time) is to sit down and write down everything that is emotionally bothering you lately. And see if you can try to fix those problems.

well, regardless of what you want to hear, you do need help...but what you need to do is figure out why you are this way. Think about the things and people who are affecting you. The only way to get out of your funk is to dig deep down inside and figure out your emotions...how do things affect you? How do you react to people? What happened to you that affected you, possibly growing up as a child? The only way to figure yourself out now, is to think back to what has made who you are today. It's not an easy task, but it's the first step because the next step for you will be anger and you don't want to let yourself get to that point.

Hm, I feel like that sometimes. But don't worry! If you ever wake up like that, make sure you get to school quickly so you can socialize with your friends! Try to laugh and shake off the feeling quickly! Enjoy yourself a lot, and maybe the feeling will go away.
