The so called "non conformists" of my school have started to wear headbands with cat ears on them. What does this mean?

Ears certainly. A tail can make my skirt-wearing confusing. Plus cat ears are beautiful. regardless of the truth that my brother once spent twenty minutes explaining to me why he wanted a cat tail or a monkey tail because they look useful.

It's October ... the month of Halloween. Some people like 'dressing up' so much they wear things like headbands with cat ears (or rabbit ears, or bloodhound ears) all month. I even have a Santa Hat with 'Eeyore Ears' on it ... of course, I don't wear those until December. And I am NOT in 'middle school.' I'm 57 and PROUD TO BE WEIRD.

As far as I know, people who wear cat ears are people who generally like anime.

But I'm 3 years out of high school

Daft little girls starting yet another 'follow the leader' fad. No doubt buying up all the halloween stuff from the pound shop. They will grow up one day.

It's an Anime/Manga thing.

Instead of conforming to American culture they're conforming to an even more homogeneous and conformist culture!

strange, silly, a lil stupid. Don't fall into the crowd- you won't be happy with cat ears.
