What? Were you out slumming, one night? Amazes me how the woman was "fit" enough for you to f*ck, but not good enough to raise "your new child". Your "new" child? You have "old" children, too? And if you are so decent and trustworthy and go to church, too, (phffft!) why couldn't you be decent and trustworthy enough to use protection instead of managing to get this woman pregnant? You need to examine your own moral barometer before you start calling this woman on hers.

not having a house has no bearing on child custody. all it says is that you have money that should be spent on child support. many mothers have raised their children while working at McDonald's without a degree. and without a car. the transit system still works last time i checked.

if the mother does in fact do drugs...you have to prove it. which means she has to fail a drug test that is ordered by the court. and when i mean fail...she has to fail several tests first before any changes occur. a drug addicted mother can be pushed to stop if it is brought to the attention of the courts. she does rehab...has a clean test and "poof" she doesn't lose her kids. it's very hard for a mother to lose custody of her kids.

Thats great you have all that and I take it you have the proof that she is an actual drug abuser as well , but your missing 1 key element.

Your going for custody so YOU can raise the child , not your mother , sister , sister in law , a nanny .What happens to the job when you have the baby to look after?

I know a lot of dad's work and pay nannies to raise the children but with all the video surveilence of child abuse from nanny to baby , I wouldnt trust just anyone to raise my babies.

get yourself a good lawyer and find out all the crap you can about the mother. i know it sounds bad but if your baby mama is doing drugs you dont want your baby in that situation. you have to show she is unfit and dont have a stable situation for the baby. but you also have to show you can provide for the baby with daycare while you work and that you have a stable healthy environment for the child. good luck
