i will make a Veg. Stew greater many times than a poultry Stew.. Ox tail I relatively have had with rice & beans.. i'm on the component to make a bean and hock stew..with crimson wine..and onion.and different spices.. === BQ=onions..I seldom purchase beets--perhaps in a can.
