I constantly carry some type of sandwich or bagel to college. and then i visit purchase snacks at school. specifically situations apple slices, or little cans of cereal. or perhaps french fries. the only time i purchase is while there are hamburgers and pizza

Yes they do.For some stupid reason it's true.I owe 7 dollars for lunch & if I dont pay,they'll Take it way until I do.So,I am not going to pay & just take my own lunch.
