It hurts when you first pull it back for the first time. I thought someone stabbed my penis when I first pulled it back. After a while, you'll feel only slight pain when you can pull it back. Once a longer period of weeks pass by or so, it shouldn't hurt anymore. How far you can pull it back? It might depend on the guy maybe. I can pull mine back to where the head is exposed. When you pull it back and ask do you get an erection...No. Mostly No. On some occasions, yes.

No it doesn't hurt unless I pull it all the way down to the bottom and keep it pulled back for a while. I guess its logical that you'd get an erection when your foreskin is pulled back, because the head is exposed to sensitivity.

When having foreskin sometimes it can hurt. There is a natrual process your body has to clean under the foreskin and keep bacteria and what not off. Just like a woman can be wet down there without being turned on and it can come off like a whitish color, thats a womans body naturally cleaning itself. The difference is that in men sometimes that dries up a little and so when pulling it back can hurt a little. Simple pull a little then let it go, and then pull a little more and until you can go all the way. Circumsized men have the same thing the difference is that it usually wipes off on the underwear and so doesn't hurt us thankfully ^_^.
This is why its also very important that younger men, about the age of 12-15, give or take learn to pull th head back more and more and clean under there. It will usually sting for a little while but very important that that is done.
My girlfriends younger brother who I am closed with asked me this one time and I explained to him why it was important that he pulled it back and cleanend it though it may burn and sting sometimes, it'll pass eventually.

1. It doesn't hurt. In fact, it should feel good because the inside of the foreskin is moist and it's lightly giving it sensation when separating from the head:

2. When soft I can pull it all the way. When it erect it depends. Often they pull less when erect, but as long as it doesn't hurt during sex or masturbation it's good.
3. Yes. In my case if I pull it back and leave it back for about half a minute or so, it'll start getting erect.

If it hurts, you are not cleaning good. It should pull back till there is no more skin to pull back. (All men are different.) And, if you are asking about an erection on here, you need to go use your coloring books. All your questions are about your Penis. You must be about 12.

No, it should not hurt when one retracts their foreskin. You should be able to pull it as far back as it can go to reveal the glans of the penis If you are unable to retract it and/or if it causes pain, you could have phimosis which is usually caused by an infection with (BXO) or Balanitis xerotica obliterans often just refered to as balanitis. There are other causes as well but that's the most common one. You should see a physician for proper diagnosis and treatment. Poor hygiene is the most common cause of this. It can also be caused by trauma to the area as well.

mine does not hurt when i pull it. When i was 11 it did cus thats when it was first retracted. Its just because the skin hasnt retracted of the penis yet it should naturally do it but you can retract it by gently moving your foreskin back.

i pull mine back when i pee and wash it. I like to pull the skin back and forewards when i masturbate. I sometimes get hard if i wash it too fast if you know what i mean.

Dude! You have Phimosis! Go see a Urologist and get circumcised! best thing you could do! Don't believe all the BS of how great a foreskin is! There is no upside to being uncut! There is a total upside of being circumcised! Cleaner, neater, healthier for both partners and sex is !100% better!
