it would weigh 140 kg everywhere invluding earth and outer space.
However, on earth 140 kg * 9.8 m/s^2 = 1372 N (the force acting on it due to gravity)
in places like the moon, in order to find the force acting on it, you need to multiply 140 kg by the acceeleartion due to gravity of the moon. (this is also for anyother planet)

On earth, weight is mass*acceleration due to gravity.
W = m*g
where g = 9.8 m/s^2.
W = 140 kg*9.8 m/s^2
The SI unit of weight or force is the Newton, N. To get there you need to know that
1 N = 1 kg*m/s^2
So that'll be thirteen hundred and something N(ewtons)
