Once I grabbed what I thought was eye drops and it turned out to be Super Glue. Spent some time in the ER flushing it out and looking for the contact lens (found later at home by the sink), and a week with a patch over the eye to heal the scratch.

A contact lens on the loose!
I was trying to take my contact lens out but couldn't find it. It must have fallen out and I hadn't realised it and I was pinching and trying to lift out the surface of my eye thinking it was the lens. I went to the opticians to check that the lens hadn't slid round the side of my eye but it was nowhere to be seen! It was so red at the end of it all.
My husband was cycling and a blue bottle flew into his eye. He staggered into casualty with the fly stuck to his eye by it's wings. It's legs were still wriggling. The doc took it out and gave him antibiotic eye drops.

just kidding.
For real though, once I was on a boat tour of big fancy houses on a lake. it was windy and some hair blew into my eye, I brushed it away, and it was still there...so I tried to brush it away again...and it was still there....I brushed it away with a little more force and when I pulled my hand away from my eye I found out that the 'hair' in my eye was a huge spider. I freeeeeeeeeeaked.

Nail Polish Remover. I was using it, the bottle spilled and it splashed in both of my eyes. The worst part was prying my eye open to get the contact out! OUCH!

I have never gotten anything other than dirt but daddy got a piece of metal and it left an engravement in his eye.

I got a gnat in my eye and it stung my eyeball. It was painful and really weird looking! Seemed like it took forever for the lump to go away. I felt like Quasimodo.

A piece of glass but no damage was done thankfully.I was having a glass of wine and the glass just exploded in my hand for no reason at all,my husband said it could have been spirits but I'd only had one glass !

When I was younger my older brother spit chewing tobacco in my eye. It was in my eye almost all day because he said if I told my mom he was going to kill my cat. He was so mean!!!!
