three loose stools a day is NOT normal, you loose a remarkable amount of fluid and are likely borderline dehydrated all the time. Could be irritable bowel syndrome, could be something else, but you need to see a gastroenterologist to find out exactly what.

kind of liquid.......my stools are normal..... so what's the problem?

If the stools are not too large and hard, then no problem. I mean you don't want them so large and hard that you rip apart and bleed during expulsion. Going three times per day suggests that you are eating plenty. You didn't mention gas or bloating, so you probably eat a balanced diet. However, for the wet stool issue consider adding some psyllium husk fiber to bulk-up the digested foodstuff.

Drink plenty of clean water and get some exercise too.

they shouldn't be liquidy but they also shouldn't be hard. 3 times a day I think you should go to a doctor. I know you really are suppose to go everyday but not three times. Did you eat something to make your stomach hurt? I'm not being funny but is your anus sensitive because it should be if you use so often. But go to the doc becuz I don't think thats healthy.

Actually, that is normal, or should be normal. you should deficate after each meal, however, in today's worls, with the crap we eat, if it happens once a day, you are doing good. if this is something new, then go and see a doctor about it. you might have developed a new allergy to something or you might have IBS. either or, if it concerns you, go to see your doctor.
