Yes I do. And if you want to know how, you:

For the High School/Middle school version, the boy place his hands around the girl's waist. Girls wrap arms around boys neck (not choking though). Depending on the closeness of the dancers, you can move your hands ; ) or talk or kiss (:D).

The more ballroomy version

Guy places one hand on girl's waist. Holds her hand with his other hand up in the air. The girl places her available hand on the guys shoulder. K?

NO! but when I first learned, I had two left feet, then I signed onto to a dance studio and learned just about every type of dance, slow to fast and perfected most of them.

Now I am very comfortable dancing the dance of love!

If by slow dance you mean step on my partners foot every few minutes, then yes. I slow dance well.
