Just work on the numbers to simplify the equations. Add or subtract the same number from both sides in a way where x is left by itself.

13 + x >= 13
x>=0

x - 8 > -5
x>3

4 + x < -2
x<-6

x - 9 > -11
x>-2

x - 6 <= -1
x<=5

-4 + x < -4
x<0

I dont understand SOLVE. There will be many values of x that apply , but you can simplify the inequality for x

13 + x >= 13 ,x >= 13 - 13 x >= 0
x - 8 < -5 , x < -5 +8 , x < 3

Do them just like a normal equation , the same operation on both sides of the equation does not change the equation .
