I don't know, Death, or life without parole, there is so much anger and discust, that I don't think I should make that decision for a month!

Put him in General Population (GenPop) in any prison. They'll take care of him...

If I were the judge, I'd apply the relevant law, including limits on sentences imposed by law.
If I were the jury, I'd listen to the admissible evidence before deliberating on a verdict.
If I were the executioner -- and if the verdict was guilty and the sentence was death -- then I'd be sorry that cruel and unusual punishment was not allowed in the US.... because a long slow painful death is most deserved for such crimes.

I heard this once a long time ago but I think it could apply here. Sit the SOB on a tree stump naked, nail his scrotum to the stump and then push him over backwards. Then put him in the general population of the prison and let all the inmates know what his crime was. That ought to do the trick. But just in case, life without the possibility of parole. I'd like to see how he likes getting raped on a daily basis.

See, this is why we have a legal system... to avoid judge, jury, and executioner!
Because of the "anger and disgust," injustice can occur and mob rule insues. So regardless of people's personal disgust or rage, we don't end up arbitrarily destroying people who do bad things (or who we believe do bad things).

personally, i'd give him life without parole..
do you have any idea what they do to those who sexually abuse kids.. he'd become somebody's (if not everybody's) B*TCH.
what he did is disgusting and horrible. they'll have A LOT of fun with him.. he'll literally pay with his a** for it.

i imagine i choose human beings too straight away...on previous behaviour...on my mood as we communicate....on in basic terms even if i love them or no longer! i'm conscious that i attempt this and that i attempt each day to make certain i provide the fellow time and an oppurtunity to get there factor for the era of. and to back off before i make a judgement, caalm down and picture logically about the placement. i imagine too many judgements are made in anger.

honestly....death will be the easy way out. I am pretty sure he will prefer deat over life w/o parole!...life w/m parole is just a slow death...with constant life stuggles.
I say life w/o parole....and let the inmates take care of him in their. ;]

If it were up to me, Stiles would suffer a slow and painful death.
He should die for what he has done. There is only one child that we have been told about, there are more that we don't know about. Pedophiles cannot be cured, they need to be executed.

If he is found guilty........my choice for punishment would be to lock him, handcuffed and tied to a chair, in a room with the victim's parents for 48 hours.
