They proved two weeks ago against the Cowboys that they are a better team than their record indicates, so yes there is a chance, but it is an outside chance.

No, there's no way that's going to happen. Some people actually thought that Baltimore was going to lose to St. Loius last week and the game was a joke.
The Ravens defense is in top form right now and the Bills are not better than the 49ers, who the Ravens beat on the road in Week 5.
The only thing that the Bills proved last week is that the Cowboys are beatable and an average team definitely has a chance against them.

Ravens are going to win. The Bills have the 31st ranked passing game and their run defense isn't very strong either. They put up a good show against the Cowboys, but fell apart. the Raven defense is too good, and they have MacGahee.

if Lynch can have a good day at both running and catching, then yes. also, there are many factors to consider. Kyle Boller is starting for the Ravens, so, that could play in your favor. and I'm sure after last weeks embarassment that they would have some leftover aggression to unleash.
good luck bills

I think they do. Trent Edwards needs a solid game and the Defense needs to step it up, but they have a chance. The Ravens aren't putting up any points, they've been winning with defense alone.

Of course they do! Have you seen the Ravens offense? Have you seen Kyle Boller play? That's all the hope you could ever need!

We could, if not for DJ and Fairchild. If it comes to it, they are masters in the art of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
