if they worked it would be enough, but as is the case with most vitamin pills and tablets sold otc today, they are not absorbed and don't do you a bit of good. It has to be one of the greatest scams perpetrated on the world there is. Most vitamins are synthetic, and if you don't already have that particular vitamin in your system, it won't use the synthetic, it will just pass it thru, so there is no point. If you want to supplement your health, you need a 100% bioavailable source, currently only found in liquid vitamin preparations made from only natural ingredients. Personally, I use Life Force liquid supplements.
