Yes, I find that a regular time for bed is an example of good structure and beneficial to those requiring consistent nurturing. I like discipline and require strict obedience in certain things.

Yes. Same thing every night for the little one. The older one goes to bed at the same time but he doesn't have a routine before hand. The wee one has a shower or bath, gets into the pjs and then sooks on a bottle (even though she is 3!) until I chuck her into bed. We then do kiss, cuddle, fives, tens, Tommy Thumb and how do you do.... In the next few weeks I am going to start her reading a book before bed. And try and lose the bottle as she is way too old for it.

YESS i really want to be in bed by 11 pm Monday-Friday & Sunday night too cause I have the hardest time waking up in the morning to go to work & then school on Saturday. But Saturday night i can stay up till maybe 1-2 am if I'm doing something fun & love to sleep in the only day i can Sundays. And sad to say I'm 30 yrs old. LoL O=)

Very, I go to bed when I am tired - anytime from 10 to 11:30 pm, normally, and watch TV there sometimes.

yes, i like to go to bed between 11-11.30 week nights, don't mind weekends. Yet every weekday morning when i get up at 6.30 first thing in my mind is "gonna have a early night tonight" but never happens!

Yes,I am.I go to bed at 8pm when I have to work the next day.On my off days I stay up till 10 pm.wwwooooo.IMPRESSIVE,huh??
