I went to a not-for-profit clinic. I am paying only $650 cash. I am getting it next Thursday (1 week from now). I am pretty excited, and a little scared!
I am 25, single, with no children.

Go to a urologist if you have insurance, the cost will be next to nothing.
If not, go to a non-profit clinic. Back in 1989, mine was $250. Today, the average for a non-profit clinic is about $600.
Get a referral from Planned Parenthood. If you are young, or have no children you might have trouble finding a doctor. If that is the case, just go to different doctors until you find one that will help you. Smaller non-profit clinics tend to be more liberal about letting younger people get the surgery.
I went three places before I got mine. I was 21, with no children. Of course that was 20 years ago. I am still happy with my vasectomy!
Just let your fingers do the walking.
Good luck

A Urologist.
They do it in either the office, or under anesthesia in the hospital, and it takes 15-30 min.
Most insurances pay fully for this, if you do not have insurance, call the office and find out how much you have to put down when you come in.
In our office, it cost about 550 dollars for someone with no insurance, and they required half at the time of service.

If memory serves, I called my insurance, and they referred me to a urologist. I got it done for under $50. I was 24 at the time (11 years ago).

Go to the black part of town and yell "Martin Luther King is a dead black bastard"! It'll be free.
