Im only 13 and Im really scared! could this be serious? Im also experiencing nausea. Everybody.... pray for me!

im actually in school for ultra sound an have had about 3 done my self, ultrasounds are nothing to worry about, there is a little bit of pressure and you have to maybe lay on your side or hold your breath but otherwise no pain! if it something with your blood vessle they will most likely use some sound with the ultrasound too, dont be alarmed! and also the techs cant tell you anyway, sorry to say, but honestly they are kinda cool to watch if you can see it
but dont be scared! there is no pain, but since i dont know anything about your condition i can not say too much
