It's been a fantastic run and I would love to see them win the Series. But I don't think they will.
The National League just doesn't stack up to the American League right now. The Rockies run will come to an end, probably at the hands of Cleveland.

I would like to see them win which would result in one of the most unbelievable come back stories in the history of baseball. However, I really believe the Indians will be a handful if they turn out to be the Rockie's opponent.

I sure hope so! It's refreshing to see "new blood" in the
post season, and a Rockies world series title would be
awesome! Don't let those East Coast blowhards tell
you how the World series will suck If the Yankees or the
Red Sox aren't In It! We've been influenced by those
clowns long enough!!!!

I think that this delay will hurt them somewhat, they have a relatively young team and want to keep playing to keep that sharp edge, they do not want to sit for eight days. Detroit had the same type of wait last year...see how that worked out. I think they are the hottest team I have ever seen in the playoffs and will give anyone they play a great run for their money but I think the 8 days will hurt.
