I don't plan on voting for him, because I tend to agree with the Democratic standpoint more often than I do the Republican one.

Funny you ask about the Christian Right...I live in South Carolina, and it was just announced yesterday that the president & dean of Bob Jones University both endorse Romney for President (this from people who once referred to Mormonism as a cult). When asked to explain their stance, the dean said "It's all about beating Hillary". So, I think that Romney's Mormon beliefs won't keep most Christians from voting for him, because it's more about voting for a Republican than voting for a Mormon.

I'm not sure what Jewish people think about Romney. The Jewish people I know tend to lean more towards the Democrats, so I doubt they're voting for him.

I think one thing that will help Romney is that he's relatively unknown. Some of the other candidates have some pretty big skeletons in their closet, whereas Romney is a relatively unknown politician from a state with a lot of electoral college votes. (Kinda reminds you of Bush in 2000).

I'm not sure if I will vote for him or not. He looks Presidential but he just seem to have much to say. I know all the Republicans are on guard because of the left wing Liberal bias in the TV and newspapers that will take their comments about anything out of context and twist it. Maybe as we get closer to the election, he will be more vocally Presidential. I want to like him. I think the Christians like him. And as for the Jews, I think they should really like the Republicans. After all, it was Hillary and the Dems always side with the Palestinians. So I can't figure out why Jews seem to be Democrats?

1. YES! I am researching him and I have never seen a better candidate. I am actually excited to see what can happen for our country.

2. Some Christians are getting on board. They just have to get over that stupid rumor about Mormons not being Christians. They are probably the same people they would say that a candidates religion shouldn't matter, until you mention Romney being LDS then they are like 'oh, never a Mormon!' HYPOCRITES!!

3. I have not heard anything about the Jews and their feelings.

I hope he gets the nomination so he can KILL Hilliary in the debates. She will finally show how silly her ideas are.

I would, because hes not crazy conservative (but so is Guiliani). Hes a pretty interesting guy when u look at him. Hes a Mormon, and hes a republican governor for one of the most liberal states in the nation (Massachusetts). He also is extremely rich and i doubt he would be under the influence from protestant leaders because: 1. he isnt one 2. hes fairly liberal and 3. he doesnt need the money as bad as the other candidates. I dont know what his relationship with the jews is though.

Yes, I plan to vote for him.
I know his background. I trust that background. I feel that his judgment will be good. He has been a successful business person and has been able to manage himself well in a liberal state.
I met his cousin, Marion G. Romney, and have respect for his father, George Romney.
