Both colors look very nice on you.
I think the green color suits your skin tone and hair better, but I also think the blue is very pretty.

Just kidding. The hair color changes along with the eyes, so I'd have to say the dark hair/green eye combo looks better than the lighter hair/blue eye combo.

i think of Blue, in case you place on eco-friendly ought to have long mild brown hair, if no longer....you will possibly appear as if an alien from different planet. yet some use mixtures of blue and eco-friendly. relies upon on the form of your face.
