appealing judges descision?

i am appealing the descision that the judge has made. i dont care if i dont need an attorney i want one because this person is connected with the court system. i want to win. can anyone give me any numbers of NYS attorneys?

The county bar association maintains a lawyer referral system. The basic program calls for a nominal fee ($40) to cover the cost of the referral program, and then you need to negotiate with the lawyer over the rates and budget.
