yes, they *are* getting old and senile. They used to just withdraw questions/answers that were blatantly insulting or other sorts of obvious violations (cussing, racist, sexually explicit) but now, they're getting really uptight about what's posted. I posted a question months ago with a quote from the Simpsons that sounded like a curse word and way after the question had been resolved, they removed it. The main problems are found in Polls and Surveys and the culture boards, so I don't know why they have to harass the rest of us law-abiding citizens!
Pretty soon all that will be left of YA! are insipid questions such as "what is your favorite color?".

Mine Q. was deleted and I was "taken off the site." Also I asked a Q. and sombody said they were from the yahoo answers team and is I didn't pick them as best answer I would get "taken off the site." I didn't choose this person and here I am.
