Recently when i saw my son's pc i found that he watched lot of porn websites. He is just 13 years old. How to prevent porn websites from his pc.

Porn is an integral part of the internet. If you're allowing him to use the internet, you are, by definition, allowing him to view porn.
If this is unacceptable to you, remove the internet connection and become Amish.

You can use Windows parental protection. However, it not best defense. It can usually be side stepped if your son is a little bit computer savvy. You can install monitoring software that will allow you to categorically block adult content. It will also monitory your sons online activity and wont allow him to erase the internet history. The software also allows you to set a time limit on internet use. Child Safe, I am Big Brother and Net Nanny are all very good. Click on your security seting from the control panel,click on safety and set your settings to high. that will keep those sites from loading. You can do this for all the seting aeras.
