I love the name Charlotte, but am having trouble coming up with middle names that flow well. I'm not a big fan of the overly-used ones like Anne, Marie (my middle name), or Lynn. Tell me your opinion of the name Charlotte, what kind of little girl comes to mind, and give me lots of ideas for middle names please. Thanks.

You said you don't like overly-used names, but Charlotte is very common these days, just to let you know! But if you must name her Charlotte, middle names that might work are:
Charlotte Grace
Charlotte James (yes for a girl)
Charlotte Olivia
Charlotte Elizabeth
Charlotte Maria
Charlotte Jane
Charlotte Terese

Charlotte is a great name! It means "strength".

Middle names should be selected based on rhythm as much as anything. If your last name is a single syllable (like Smith), a two-syllable middle name would sound well, like Renee or Georgette, and if you use a name that can be a surname, it sounds kind of upscale, such as Taylor.

But you can also consider three-syllable names, like Eliza or Madison.

If your last name has two syllables, you might feel like a single-syllable name works best, such as Rose or Jules. A three-syllable name could also work, but stay away from a two-syllable one, because you'll have 2-2-2.

For a three-or-more syllable last name, I think it would be best to stick with a single syllable middle name so that the whole thing doesn't get so cumberson.

It's a nice name. One that I hardly ever hear of. Below are a few suggestions that I've come up with. But you really need to factor in the last name to have a good flow with the middle name.

Charlotte June ....
Charlotte Abigail ....
Charlotte Lily ....
Charlotte May ....
Charlotte Rose ....
Charlotte Delilah ....

I think Charlotte's an adorable name. It's cute and sweet for when she's younger yet sophisticated for when she's older. As a little girl you can call her a wide range of nicknames like Cherry, Char, Lottie, etc. I'd like to suggest my daughters' middle names, Rose & Lily. I also think Charlotte Grace would be a beautiful name.

Charlotte is a beautiful name. I know you don't particularly care for your middle name because of its over-use/popularity, but Charlotte Marie is a pretty name. How about Charlotte Olivia?
