Good grief that question brought all kinds out of the wood works...lol. To answer your question, absolutely! It can even eventually cause disc degeneration and slipping with continual strain. Get a very good bra! You will know it when you try it on. Also, work on your posture. If you are large breasted then you likely have a more poor posture from the constant weight pulling you forward. Practice keeping your back straight and shoulders back even when sitting and it will become second nature. I know if you have large breast you don't want to do that because it sticks them out but you will feel much better. Good posture is important for so many reasons. Obviously the other option would be a breast reduction. You should be able to help it through prevention if you start early enough though. You may need to sleep in a bra too. You might even consider talking to a doctor about additional tips. Good luck! I hope you feel better!

Huge breasts can without doubt intent again issues. A woman in my Shakespeare type a couple of years ago needed to have breast discount surgical procedure seeing that of it. I am 5'7" with a 56DD, and i have backaches all the time. Considering the fact that you're most effective thirteen, your chest is certain to grow better, but don't consider the surgical procedure until after the age of 21 except your health care provider recommends it, when you consider that it is regularly viewed an non-obligatory procedure, and most insurance firms will not cover it. You may also need to specific order your bras, or you may take into account a corset (a real one, no longer the kind discovered in lingerie stores meant for fashion). A properly fitted and worn corset can give you excellent aid for your breasts, as good as proper your back issues and even aid your posture. They're even prescribed for MS patients, mostly.

Next time you go to your doctor, talk about your options, there maybe some things you can do besides surgery to help your situation. Until then, I would recommend wearing a very supportive bra.

Yes they can cause problems with your back. They can also cause problems with your neck. If they are bothering you I would look into a breast reduction.

Yes they can, they can cause you to hunch over and not sit up straight, which will make your back ache! They're heavy, and you have no choice whether to lug them around or not!
