With a complicated legal professional, you're held in charge because of the fact the living house isn't grounded. that's an electric code violation that would have prevented injury on your tenant's aspects. Are you beneficial your living house isn't grounded? they regularly run a copper cord to the chilly water pipe to get an earth floor. yet, for the time of a typhoon, if an more advantageous ability line on a utility pole is presented in touch with a decrease ability line say on a utility pole, you could desire to get a extreme voltage surge and destroy your kit. if so, it rather is an act of God that despite the fact that in case you living house become grounded, it could be a mute element. larger the voltage, the better the line is off the floor, and additionally larger up on the utility pole.

Hi,
This is exactly why the Landlords of Vermont are trying to change the Landlord/tenant laws of our State. We want this type of activity to be considered criminal so people will be held accountable for their crimes. In most States this is a Civil problem with no criminal consequences. If the laws were change so destruction of rental property is a criminal act punishable by fines and jail time, a lot of this type of behavior will stop. Please help us start the process of changing the laws now. Please go to gopetition.com and type Landlord at the search line and sign our petition. This petition can also be a model for you to change the laws in your State. Let's take back our property rights.

That's the downside of land contract. You can see a lawyer and try to sue them, but if they don't have anything or you can't find them, you're probably stuck.
