Sister Ray is a great answer. My all time favorite would be Joey by Bob Dylan (11:05). Another is Van Der Graaf Generators A Plague Of The Lighthouse Keepers (23:04) and Halleluhwah by Can (18:28). There are many more...I LOVE long songs.
Edit: To blah etc..neither the End or the Soft Parade are over 10 minutes....they're very much under 10 minutes.

Echoes and Atom Heart Mother by Pink Floyd. They're both 20+ minutes long, and awesome songs. There's also a lot of great 10+ minute Mars Volta songs.

Dammit! I really wanted to be the first to say "Sister Ray" by the Velvet Underground. 17:27 and completely worth it. Not saying I wouldn't be happy if there was a short version too but the 17 minutes never feels that long. The awesome thing about it is (according to Wikipedia I think) that they recorded it all live in the studio, and the sound engineer got pissed and said "I don't have to listen to this!" and left. This song and the Modern Lovers are making me fans of the organ used in rock, very cool.

I wouldnt bother listening to 10 minute songs, I prefer short and sweet songs. I havent really heard any... so i shouldnt really judge...
But wait, I have heard Enough Is Enough by Barbara Streisand and Donna Summers, now thats a gr8 song - I think its 10 mins....
