We are going to use Lillian or Lily as her middle name, but can't seem to come up with a first name we like. We're not into "trendy" or odd names, but not totally common ones either.

Just use Lily for a first name (i like Lilliana) its what I would name my daughter... or Autumn Lily can work its kinda cute ( my friends girls name is Autumn Rose)

We loved the name the name Reece and the name Jillian for our youngest girl. And wanted to call her Reece, but Reece Jillian didn't sound right. So, she is Jillian Reece and we call her Reece.
Sorry, Lillian mabe me think of my Jillian, and our name debaucle. :)
If you guys both like the name Lillian or Lily, maybe you should use it as a first name.
If not here are some suggestions:

Allison Lily/Lillian
Jordan Lily/Lillian
Emma Lily/Lillian

Well, you can try something that matches Lilly; Lillian. If it doesn't it just doesn't work.
Rebecca Lillian.
I like it a lot. Lillian is a gorgeous name.
You also might want to try to name it with a name that has meaning. Like a special place you went to, a book, something that makes it EXTRA special. Just a thought, though.

My Grandmother s name was Lodica, maybe that would go with Lillian or Lily...good luck with finding a suitable name that will be special for your little princess.
