You need to work on your grammar. No offense, but it is really unclear what the heck you mean. That said, I'll try to interpret...

When you make your team, you get to choose "auto-draft" or "live draft." If you already set up your team, you chose one or the other. Assuming you picked "auto-draft," you just have to click on "Edit My List" and you can arrange your draft list anyway you want to. (Don't forget to click on "Submit" or it won't take). Do it before your team gets picked! It will pick all your starters before it picks your bench, using YOUR list before it goes to the default Yahoo! list. If you make your list long enough, it will never revert to the default list. That said, the default list is actually pretty decent!

Once your team is drafted, you can release anyone you want and pick up anyone left. Just click on "Players" and click on the little "+" sign by the name of the player you want. It will then prompt you to choose who you want to drop. If the person you want is on waivers, there is a two day waiting list, giving everyone a fair chance to get the best players. The order you were in the draft determines your waiver priority. Free agents you can pick up at any time with no penalty.

That about sums it up. For more help, when you have your team, you can click on "HELP" at the top right corner for more information. Good luck!
