They will not affect your immune system, but you can get desensitized to the real thing.

Who ever told you that haiving to many orgasams lowers the immune system was WRONG. In fact some dr's say that since when you have an orgasam that you relaese those feel good hormones (endorphines) that it can help with things like pain, and mood.
Using a vibrator for an extended pierod fo time can make your clitoris go numb, but it is not perminit. You will regain full feeling after a short pierod of time.
