Pteradactyls had no forearms. The answer is no.
In order to have forearms plus wings, plus legs, the animal would have six appendages and unless something like this lies undiscovered beneath the surface, it didn't exist.

Pterodactyls were NOT dinosaurs. Nor was Archaeopteryx; it was a true bird.

There were small meat-eating dinosaurs that had legs, forearms with claws, and feathers, but not with true wings.

Many pterosaurs had claws on the elbow joints of their wings for aid in climbing. The Pterodactyl was one of them.

An Archaeopteryx - had feathers, wings, and feet - it was an ostrich - like carnivore, little bigger than a chicken.
