i really need to move out of my moms because we barely ever get a long and i dont want to have this keep happening then end up not talking later in life so is there any way i can prove to a landlord that i am responsible and will pay rent a long with all the bills. im going to be 17 in 7 months and i live in pa. if this isnt possible in pa wut other states would give me a chance. i get around 850-900 $ a month if that matters..n please dont tell me that this isnt a good choice and to try to work it out because that dont work, ive tried!

You could check into becoming an "emancipated minor". Basically you have to prove that you can take care of yourself and state why you want to do this. If you really can't work things out through counseling, then this might be an option.
Here's a site that'll give you the facts about it by county in PA. I'm not trying to encourage you one way or another BTW.

Few if any landlords would rent to a minor, even if they could show enough income to pay the rent.

You can't sign a legal contract at 16, or at 17, so you couldn't sign a lease, and that's not just in PA.

some landlords may consider renting to you however we may have a hard time finding one. you can try renting with roommates so your age maybe less of an issue or you may talk to your mom & see if she is willing to co-sign for the good of your relationship.

Try going to boarding shool. Its a little piece of heaven away from home... Trust me is not as bad as it sounds. You are with your friends all day and away from home...

or you have to be emancipated by your mother, then you became an adult, and dint know how much it will cost you
or who can draw papers, besides a lawyer
