NC State is best of the ones you have listed specifically. The secondary UNCs vary in quality, so some may be as good as NC State, others not.

NC State is -- far and away -- the best of the list.
None of the UNCs other than Chapel Hill are that good. In general, you should avoid any "Directional" school (e.g., Norhhern Illinois, Central Florida, Western Carolina, etc. You should run from b-directional schools (Southwestern State, etc).
Johnson & Wales has a very low ranking.
