She scares what-you, or is she scared of something?

Be romantic and seduce her. Arouse her with loving kisses and touch, if she is still scared then she may need other help.
One thing you didn't mention is what she is scared of? Does it hurt to have sex or is she just scared of sex alone? Also you didn't mention her religion or upbringing. Some people who are a certain religion are told that sex is evil as some parents will tell their daughters. This is important.
Sex is something that needs to be worked up to with some women. They need to find the romance and seduction as well as the arousal. You could try to arouse her over a period of two or three days until she feels like she can't stand not having you anymore and must have sex with you. Then you can "make love" with her. Explore each other and allow her to explore you. Be gentle and loving and she may just lose her fear of sex.

Your question does not make a lot of sense. Does she scare you when she wants sex or is she scared of sex?
If she is scared of sex you must have been an insensitive lover and she is not comfortable with you. You just need to be more gentle and patient and show her she can enjoy it too.
If she scares you when she wants it then maybe she is too much woman for you. Either read up and catch up or let her go.
