Don't worry about how much time you have left. Relax and just continue to look for new names. Don't get frustrated with each other. You have different tastes, but there has to be some middle ground there. My husband and I are almost complete opposites, but occassionally we agree on things. I'm sure when the time comes, we will have a hard time deciding on names, but we'll just have to be patient until we can find our middle ground.
I don't care much for the names either of you have picked. I think my taste is somewhere in the middle. So, hopefully, I can help you. I love Adriana! It is beautiful and has special meaning since she is named after her dad. You need something just as special and meaningful for your next child. What about naming him/her after you? A girl could be Keriyna or use just the beginning of your name. Kerensa means love and would be a pretty girl's name. Kerstin is also very cute. For a boy, try Kerwin, Kerr, Kerk, or Kerby. You could also use Renee for a girl. If you don't like any of these, maybe one of you could choose the first name and the other could choose the middle name. Try Zyshaya Rain, Raina Zyshaya, Tejuana Solaris, Raina Tejuana, Taisha Solaris, Solaris Yvaiah, or Raina Yvaiah for a girl. A boy could be Gregory Tra'mik or Joey Qua'zeir. Have you tried variations of the names that you like? Maybe instead of Zyshaya, you could shorten it to Shaya. That is a very pretty name. Taisha could be Tasha or Tisha. My name is Letitia(Latisha), which is a very old name that is not used very much. Tisha is one of my nicknames.
Some names for you to consider are:
Girls
Nicolette(Nico) Selene
Akira(means intelligent) Noelle
Leyla(means dark-haired beauty) Alexandra
Loralai Karis
Boys
Thaddeus(Tad) Luke
Truman(means faithful man) Joseph
Marcel Grant
Darrius Maxwell
I hope I have helped you some. Congrats and good luck to you!

Adriana is such a pretty name! Raina and Solaris are pretty, but Joey and Greg are way too plain (especially for you personality, I'm guessing!). I kind of like your names, but I think those are going to be really tough for people around you to say and spell, plus Adriana might feel left out that your other kid gets a more unique name. Here's some suggestions that I think go well with Adriana (I think it's important that siblings' names 'flow' well together - so you don't end up with a Maria and then a Kiley or something):
For boys - Zane/Dane, Bruno, Milo, Quentin, Travis, Yale, Leon, Lionel, Levi (lee-vie, i think), Matteo, Theo, Kale, Nate, Jameson, Kent, Bentley, Jason, Hugo, etc.
For girls - Yvaine (I dislike it when all the girls in a family end in -a... it ends up sounding too rhymey), Zahara, Thea, Shea (Shay), Juniper (Juni), Isadore, Melia, Melora, Wren, Aimee, Juliette, Katerine, Mae, Janie, Annika, Nicolette, Charmaine, Sora, Evonne, Maeve, etc.
Wren is one of my favorite names, but I don't know if you'd like it - however, it sounds like a little of your middle name, Renee. My favorite name for a boy would be Dane Matteo, but once again, it's really only you and your husband's decision.
Congratulations on the baby though!

Unique is good, so hard to spell, say and read that people
are going to avoid calling your child by name is not so good. Worse would be giving your child a name that is going to get them racially profiled the rest of their lives. Maybe you can jazz up his names so that you'll think they're unique and he won't feel like it's ghetto?
Rai'anna, Kairna, K'yrna, Rainek(b or g) instead of Raina
Selah, Solah, Solahris, Solahrii, Sloan (b or g) instead of Solaris.
Josiah(b or g), Joshen, Jovan(b or g), Jorah(b or g) instead of Joey
Gyan instead of Greg
some others I liked Kieron (b), Kassiah, Kenji (b), Kyran, Keighan (kee-gan)
hope those help, good luck!

I agree with your husband. A name should be simple and dignified. Choose a name that your son or daughter will be proud to put out on his shingle when he or she becomes a 35-year old attorney.
Don't be "creative" when choosing a child's name. When choosing a name, use the traditional spelling and let the child experiment with alternative spellings later on. My Jessica has called herself Yesika!, Ieziiqa, Jessyca, etc., from time to time, but in the when she gets tired of being creative she is happy to go back to plain Jessica.
Take care.

He's right. your kids names will botched every time. Try something unique but not so far outta the ball park that no one can understand it.
I like Solaris, or Sophia. Maybe josh or Greg is nice for a boy. If you insist on the far out name, try using it for the middle name. This way, people, including your child, can spell it.

Wow... interesting names.
All I would suggested is to not make it a name so difficult and odd that the child or you are constantly being asked how to pronouce it. Maybe there can be a happy medium with a first and middle name. My husband named our son and most ppl call him by his first name. But, I LOVE his middle name and he definitly knows who is talking to him when he hears that name... his mommy!
Congrats!

Sorry, those names your "friends" suggested are dreadful - guaranteed to get your child teased, and no one will ever pronounce it or spell it correctly. Your child will NOT appreciate this - it's not a game, to come up with the weirdest or most ridiculous thing you can think of.

whatever you choose, remember the child has to learn to spell and write it and also has to carry it around and will be made fun of if the name it too out there.
I think shorter names are better. Going with that theory and using your names, how about Zy, Teju, Yvai, Tai, Quaz, or Tra ?
