Humor is in the mind of the beholder. What is funny to one person may not be funny to another.
And, sometimes people try so hard to be funny and they aren't funny at all.

I try to answer them sometimes both ways, with a quick funny comment, then if I feel it was a serious enough question, I will give my actual real answer.

I dont know. My last account got suspended because I asked about employment laws and bananas. Some people should just cheer up a little.

some people can't laugh at themselves or at how weird life is
maybe cuz people were very mean to them when they were little
there was a kid in our neighborhood who's mom told him "you are a bad kid, and you are ugly too"
it sounds kinda funny but I doubt he had much chance at a happy life cuz of that, I wonder what happened to him

That's why I stay out of R&S (religions). Generally here in P&S there is jocularity ( saw a MASH re-run). Only time it's negative for me is if I answer a moron with "Shoot yourself".
